If you have some spare time we would love to welcome you to the Festival as a volunteer.  There are many different roles available during the Festival or you may have other skills you feel may benefit the Festival.

Volunteer Roles:

Steward: Our Stewards are the face of the Festival as they welcome the audience to each event and answer any queries they may have. 

Foyer Desk:  The front desk in the foyer is the arrival point where visitors buy their daily entrance tickets and perhaps become a Friend of the Festival.  Stewarding here is a busy role and great if you like helping people.

Adjudicators Stewards: Our professional adjudicators need close support from our volunteers so that they can do their job easily and efficiently. These stewards also provide an essential link between each event and the Festival back office.

Announcer: Each event needs an announcer to call the performers to the stage and provide information to the audience before and after each class.  If you are confident to address an audience with scripted announcements and instructions then this could be for you.
