Conditions of Entry
Only an adult may enter performers and, in doing so, makes the following declaration:  ‘By submitting this entry I agree to adhere to the Rules of the Festival and the Festival’s Child Protection Policy as set out in the Syllabus and on the CFPA’s website. Furthermore, I understand that, if any performer requires absence from school, it is my responsibility, not CFPA’s, to obtain written permission from their Headteacher, where this is a legal requirement. I hereby give my consent for the information on this form to be divulged to Local Education Authorities and also to be held and used in accordance with CFPA’s Privacy Statement and Data Protection Policy as published on CFPA’s website’.
